What exactly are you getting when you place an order?
Whenever you place an order with Xytex,
it is important to know what you and your doctor can expect. Xytex
has one of the highest sample quality guarantees, which is something
we are very proud of.
Our ART vials, which are intended for
use in IVF cycles, have at least 15 million motile sperm per milliliter.
Our standard washed and unwashed samples
have at least 30 million motile sperm per milliliter.
If your doctor plans to further process
the sample prior to your insemination, it is important to know that
Xytex can only guarantee the quality of the sample upon thawing and
before further processing.
If, upon thawing, your health care
provider finds the sample does not meet the quality commitment, the
following steps should be taken:
Contact Xytex and request a Quality
Report Form.
Have your health care provider
fill in the form and fax the report to Xytex.
Allow one to two weeks for processing.
Consideration will only be made on
reports received within 30 days of specimen arrival date.
