The feature that I enjoy the most on the Xytex website is the Live Chat. A customer service representative is usually available Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 to answer all your questions. All you have to do it click the link and wait for someone to greet you. This is a very discreet way of communicating, especially if you are at work and don’t want to worry about coworkers eavesdropping.
