Eye Color and Your Genes
If you're not familiar with biology and genetics,
then you've probably never really though about how you
ended up with the eye color that you have. Outreach Health
Services have posted a link to a really neat website. It is
called What Color Eyes Would Your Children Have? This site
walks you through the process of determining the possible eye
colors of any offspring you may have. In order to get the
results, you need to know the eye color of your parents and
your partner's parents. Once you've completed the information
it relays the results in an easy to read chart.
There is other information on the site about how eye color is
inherited and determined. If you have a free moment then you
should check it out. It is a great resource for those who are
going through the process of selecting a donor and wanting to
try and find a "match."
