Donor Name Release
At Xytex we are always trying to offer our clients the best customer
service possible. Many of our clients desire a more personalized term
to refer to their donor besides a number, especially when talking to
their offspring. As a result we now offer our clients the donor's first
name, middle name, nickname or other appropriate name on the donor's
essay. Understand that this name may simply be a nickname that the
donor prefers to their surname. We will not release the surname unless
the donor has signed the "Semen Donor Addendum" and the offspring
requesting the information is at least 18 years of age. However, the
name on the essay is a name that the donor wants to be referred to and
presents a more personalized experience. If you have any questions
please contact customer service at 800-277-3210.

We purchased our donor's full profile many years ago (CGM2898). We have just noticed that you're now adding the first name or nickname of the donor's on their essays, and our donor now has 11 photos (we only have 6). Is there anyway you're able to share this information with us ... without us paying for full donor disclosure again?

I am very fortunate to have a beautiful almost 4year old boy thanks to donor AGM2946. If he has a name I could raise to describe him to my son that would be great.

That's awesome as i've just had twins using donor AFL2986 and would love to say something other than the donor when talking about him.So hopefully it's a go.

Thanks for posting the way you do, I genuinely appreciate seeing someone who actually has a viewpoint and isn?t really just bringing back up crap like nearly all other writers today. Keep it up!

Hello, My name is Kate and I am writing from Melbourne, Australia. We have used donor no: 9628. If we could have any more information on our donor for our daughter Jemima (2yrs) that would be fantastic. If you require me to sign any forms, I will!
Thank you and have a great day,

that, let me tell you precisely what did work. Your wrinitg is certainly extremely convincing and this is possibly the reason why I am making the effort in order to comment. I do not really make it a regular habit of doing that. Second, even though I can easily notice a leaps in logic you make, I am definitely not sure of exactly how you appear to connect the points which inturn make your conclusion. For the moment I will, no doubt subscribe to your issue but hope in the foreseeable future you actually connect your dots much better.

Are you releasing this information for past donors as well? I'd like to receive the info for my daughters donor BGM5005.

I'm wondering if this applies to donors who have been around for a while, or only new ones? I used donor AFL2991 and am 37 weeks pregnant. I'm curious to know if I still have access to his entire file, and if so, if he has updated with a first name or nickname.
