Xytex Sperm Donor Images Revealed!

Augusta, GA, June 23, 2011. Xytex Cryo International today announces the release of xyPortraits, a new opportunity to view and order photographic prints of sperm donors images. This product allows patients the opportunity to not only see their sperm donor, but to purchase donor pictures. These enhanced definition donor images are available in various formats, sizes, and platforms. While Xytex patients have always had the option to view sperm donors images at Xytex.com, xyPortraits allows patients another opportunity to share with their child later in life. “Market and societal forces in recent years have encouraged donor openness. Xytex has embraced this movement and has responded to the demand”, cites CEO and renowned Embryologist Dr. Michael Tucker.

xyPortraits allows xytex.com subscribers to one or more enhanced donor profiles to view and order photographic prints and products of donors. For many donors, the galleries are expanded to include various photos throughout the donor's life. The older and low resolution photos have been digitally restored to provide the best possible quality suitable for enlarged prints. xyPortraits allows subscribers instant access to view the photos in a variety of formats including thumbnail, slideshow, and journal. xyPortraits offers an easy to use interface with Ajax style controls and a secure shopping cart that allows for cropping and customizing print orders to the subscriber's liking. Xytex is currently offering standard and enlarged sized prints as well as several styles of canvas prints.

xyPortraits is easily accessible through the donor’s profile and xyPortraits portal. Photos may be viewed in a variety of styles and the Buy Button enables subscribers numerous pricing and printing options. Orders are processed through Xytex’s secure shopping cart, printed and shipped directly to the patient.

Our ID disclosures program is another innovative program where donors agree to release their identity to their offspring at age 18. Xytex boasts more ID disclosure donors than any other sperm bank. Other Xytex technological and donor identity firsts in the fertility industry include Photofiles, 1994 (donor adult photos), Babyfiles, 1996 (donor baby photos), Photospan, 2006(a narrated series of photos of the donor throughout different stages of his life as well as pictures of his children); and, I.N.F.O (live donor answers to presubmitted questions). Xytex has always been on the leading edge of technology and xyPortraits is another example of this innovation.

Xytex Cryo International Sperm Bank is a subsidiary of Xytex Cryo International, headquartered in Augusta, GA. Dr. Helen -My question to you is -- In your eirnpxeece do you find that those kids who are conceived via sperm donation have a harder time because there is an absence of a father figure in their nuclear family? Whereas a child conceived of egg donation to a couple and is carried by his/her mother may not have that sense of loss because both a mother and father are present?I am doing my own research about this because my son was conceived via egg donation and he has none of these issues that a lot of these donor sperm kids have. Frankly, it's very sad and breaks my heart that they are having such a tough time, and makes me wonder why.Having sperm donors agree to open donation is fine if both parties agree, however, many many sperm donors like egg donors don't donate to sign up to be parents. That's not as I am sure you know what egg donation or sperm donation is all about. And then there are lots of kids in the world today that are born to single mom's for many reasons. Accidental pregnancy, and the father (or sperm donor as I have heard them referred to) wants nothing to do with a child conceived this way, unplanned, unwanted, children that are born from rape, from adultery etc.. My point is knowing who your father is doesn't make one a whole person. Lots of kids know who their fathers are and frankly wish they didn't.In going back to these kids who are products of sperm donation I often ask myself what they are missing to make themselves feel so incomplete and empty. Is it just knowing who they came from? And what if they meet this person and he has zero interest? Will that do more damage? These are things can cause me to pause and say Hmmmm.

Hello! My husband and I used Sperm Donor AGM 9273, and we are interested in seeing any photos you may have of him. We have a healthy, intelligent 17-year-old son, who was born on March 27, 1996. It would be terrific if we could see photos of the Sperm Donor. Thank you so very much! We look forward to hearing from you!
